Recently, I’ve been learning a lot about posture and how it affects our ability to move through the world. Did you know that your posture fluctuates every day? It even looks different throughout the day.
Imagery used for dance and exercise is a game-changer. I'm not talking about your portfolio (although that's important too), rather visualization as a tool to access correct muscle firing patterns and freedom of movement.
