About the Studio
Glissade Pilates is a private Stott Pilates boutique in Lehi, Utah. It's a safe space where clients of all ethnicities, genders, body types and abilities are invited to train without judgment.
Clients are encouraged to practice Pilates to overcome unhelpful movement compensation patterns, build the mind-body connection, and to work toward their own personal movement goals.
COVID-19 Safety Policy
Since Glissade is a home-based studio, all clients are asked to use sanitizer before each session. Masks are welcome but not required.
About Amy
I'm a Stott pilates trained instructor and movement photographer based in Lehi, Utah. In my spare time I like to dance en pointe, read, and play with my three sighthounds.
I hope to be a part of your movement journey wherever it may lead.
